Planning & policies
Clear terms for a confident inquiry.
- Private bookings are available any day of the week, including weekends.
- A booked private event takes priority over that date’s regular public lineup.
- Tours are available Monday–Sunday, by appointment only.
- Private-event BYOB fee is $200 when applicable.
- BYOB is $10 per bottle, 750 mL maximum; bottles are checked in and no outside mixers are permitted.
- 50% non-refundable deposit secures the date; remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
